**Role Requirements**:

- A diploma in a related Legal Administration and/or Law Clerk program is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a real estate clerk role, within a legal environment.
- Have experience in or knowledge of the following programs: Microsoft Office, Conveyancer,Teraview, LawyerDoneDeal or a similar conveyancing software, and Ministry/Government search and registration platforms.
- Experience conducting residential and commercial real estate files from beginning to end, including reporting and billing.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Detail oriented with strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to take initiative and work under pressure with mínimal supervision.

**Primary responsibilities**:

- Assisting in all aspects of residential real estate transactions from beginning to end.
- Assisting with preparing legal documents for purchase, sale, and mortgage transactions.
- Corresponding professionally with clients and financial institutions.
- Conduct title searches, preparing and drafting correspondence and legal documents.
- Deal directly with clients, financial institutions, municipalities, land registry offices, and title insurance companies in a professional manner.
- Prepare record books promptly following completion of files.
- Perform administrative duties as required.
