**Real Estate Assistant**

**Real Estate Assistant Role**:
You will be the Administrative Assistant to Mary Ellen McCamus. This role will require 4-5 hours per day to start, between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. We need someone with a great personality, eye for detail, up to date on social media marketing, knowledgeable with Microsoft Office and experience in the Real Estate industry an asset.
**Real Estate Assistant Duties and Skills**:
- Previous Real Estate office experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and people skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Experience in marketing on social media.
- Open minded and a team player.
- Great listening and time management skills.
- Scheduling appointments and making follow up calls.
- Exhibits polite and professional communication in person and over the phone.
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
- Experience in the Real Estate industry and asset
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Have your own transportation and able to travel for work.
- Additional duties to be assigned as needed.
**Education and Experience Requirements**
- **Previous Real Estate office experience preferred.**:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Certificate in Business Administration an asset.
