**We have a unique opportunity to welcome a recent HR grad to our HR team.** As HR Coordinator, you’ll help the HR Managers execute strategic initiatives while also providing day-to-day support in HR’s functional areas (e.g. talent acquisition, learning & development, talent management, etc.)
- **Employee Onboarding.** You’ll coordinate the onboarding process and deliver HR-related information to new hires.
- **Talent Management.** You’ll support the talent management process including activities related to performance reviews, annual planning, and ongoing feedback. You’ll also help the HR Managers in developing and executing new processes within the HRIS.
- **Administrative Support.** You’ll maintain confidential information in our HRIS, assist with drafting and sending HR-related correspondence, and prepare and distribute documents and other materials, as needed.
- **Other Duties.** You’ll assist with the coordination and execution of HR objectives, processes, and policies, coordinate staff appreciation events and assist with delivery of wellness programming.
**We’re searching for a recent HR grad who brings**:
- Knowledge gained from post-secondary education in HR.
- No more than 2 years of HR experience.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Personable; able to build strong working relationships.
- Flexible and adaptable.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Strong desire to learn.
