**About This Role**:
We're looking for an eager, ski or snowboard enthusiast to manage our Pro Shop at the Caledon Ski Club this winter. With a focus on maintaining a high level of service for Caledon Ski Club Members, the Pro Shop is responsible for supplying rental equipment for club guests and the sales of new ski and snowboard products for Members.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Hire, train, coach and schedule store staff to produce great experiences while maintaining sales and staff morale.
- Facilitate the fitting, organization and payment of ski and snowboard rentals.
- Provide bootfitting, ski tuning, mounting, binding adjustment and waxing services to Club Members.
- Manage revenue, margin, expenses and other key metrics of the store.
- Manage and maintain POS system with a focus on accuracy and detail.
- Merchandise the shop to provide a shopping environment that is clean, organized, inviting and has necessary products available to purchase.
- Coordinate the weekly transfer of Member tunes between Caledon and Mississauga with the assistance of our Logistics Team.

**Additional Notes**:

- Store operates from December through April with training required in October and November in our Mississauga location.
- Normal operating days for the Pro Shop are Thursday - Sunday from 8:30am-4pm with one day a week in Mississauga for training, product transfers and managerial meetings.
- Because of the nature of the Ski Club being a sports attraction, the store will be open for the entire Christmas Break (December 20 to January 2 with the exception of Christmas Day). The store will also be open on Family Day and through March Break (March 11 through March 19).
- The Caledon Ski Club may have closures from time-to-time due to weather and/or COVID-19 related issues.
