**The Opportunity**:

- **$20 hourly base pay** to build your experience
- **Uncapped commission** based on sales performance

**The Job**:

- Engaging with potential clients at our Polaron booth located in Home Depot stores, highlighting the benefits of solar solutions, and addressing any inquiries about our products and services.
- Managing client information on our Salesforce CRM system to ensure accuracy and efficiency

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Team player attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
- Motivated by performance-based incentives and bonuses
- Desire to grow a career in sales, business development, and marketing
- 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience
- A degree in Business Commerce or Environmental Studies is a bonus

**Please Note**:

- All hires will need to provide their own Steel Toe boots to work in Home Depot stores

Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
