We are looking for a Database Administrator who can design, implement and maintain our databases, and ensure that they are optimized for performance and security.

**What You’ll Do**
- Design, implement, and maintain the organization's databases, ensuring that they are optimized for performance and security.
- Work with stakeholders to understand their data needs and requirements, and develop strategies for managing, storing, and backing up the organization's data.
- Monitor the organization's databases for potential problems or issues, and troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise.
- Develop and implement processes and policies for the use and management of the organization's databases.
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to integrate new data sources and systems into the organization's existing infrastructure.

**What You’ll Be Bringing To The Team**
- 3+ years of experience as a database administrator or in a related role.
- Strong knowledge of database design and administration, including SQL and data modeling.
- 3+ years of experience in working with MySQL databases.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency with relevant tools and technologies.
- Experience in NoSQL databases is an added bonus.
