**Job Description**:

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders from different departments Supply Chain matters.
- Maintaining and improving the company's inventory situation by analyzing inventory statistics to determine which products are moving and which are not.
- Configure parameters in replenishment system related to Item-Master, SKU-Master, Min-Max, vendor-items
- Analyze weekly inventory orders and prior releasing them.
- Performing extensive research on a wide range of inventory-related reports, from previous inventory reports to national purchasing trends.
- Directing buyers and storekeepers.
- Performing analysis related to regular inventory counts.
- Drafting inventory reports that document inventory counts, discrepancies, and other statistical data.
- Reporting inventory statistics to management and suggesting improvements to inventory control.
- Coordinating with other workers to resolve discrepancies between inventory and revenue.
- Creating and maintaining inventory databases and systems for accurately managing inventory.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, Mathematics or a related field.
- Excellent communication (in French and English).
- Experience with databases and spreadsheets and programming. MS Excel, MS Access, SQL Server, VBA, MS Power-BI, other programming languages would be a plus.
- Excellent computer skills and programming.
