**Admin & Client Care Coordinator**

**Role**:
Seeking a supportive and positive individual who is able to react quickly to the fast-paced Real Estate market and handle multi-tasking efficiently Our team of is small, highly productive and focused on delivering top notch service and expertise to our growing client base. We carry over 10 years of experience in the industry and operate out of a well-established local brokerage.

**Requirements**:

- Experience within a Real Estate environment
- Experience with social media and marketing
- Proficient with technology
- Strong communication skills
- Highly motivated to learn and grow within a team setting
- Has vehicle and valid BC Driver’s licence
- Post-secondary degree or diploma is an asset

**Administrative Tasks**:

- Prepare listing documents
- Prepare buyer contracts
- Ensure all transaction documents are completed and organized
- Respond to RLP conveyance requests
- Create internal templates, checklists and miscellaneous documentation
- Assign inquiries to appropriate team members
- Communicate with Realtors about upcoming closings
- Track production and statistics
- Creating scheduled reports
- Manage client database
- Assist in property research

**Marketing Tasks**:

- Prepare marketing materials for listings
- Manage social media and digital marketing
- Website management
- Electronic file management
- Coordinate signage installations
- Prepare print marketing material
- Create new marketing material

**Client Communication**:

- Communicate with active and past clients to ensure smooth closing of transactions
- Assist with client requests throughout the sales process and after sales support

**Working Hours**:Full time, 9am - 5pm at Coquitlam office

**Compensation**:$22 - $25 depending on experience

**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media management: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
