**The following are a prerequisite**:

- 2+ years of local real estate experience in British Columbia**:

- An excellent communicator, both written and verbally.
- Highly organised in a paperless office environment with excellent time management skills.
- Highly detail-oriented.
- Able to focus in a high-intensity environment.
- Willing to run errands and comfortable performing other administrative, clerical, personal activities as needed, to maximise company efficiency.
- **An owner of a reliable vehicle with a valid BC drivers' license.**:

- The ability to prioritize, multi-task and operate with a sense of urgency

**The following skills and experience are considered an asset**:

- a current or previous member of the Real Estate Board
- proficient at Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Paragon, MyRealPage, WordPress, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, Canva
- an avid user of various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X, Tiktok, LinkedIn
- skilled at creating print-ready marketing materials
- experienced at event planning and coordination
- skilled in the online world including updating marketing websites
- experience with Ai, Python and related platforms

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
