Our clients are seniors and others who wish to remain in their own homes within **Stewiacke and the surrounding communities**. We train our caregivers to provide skilled, compassionate, ethical, and confidential care to our clients. **Applicants should reside in proximity to and be willing to travel within Stewiacke and the surrounding area.**

**Responsibilities include**:

- Providing support for activities of daily living, respite care, dementia care.
- Providing personal care assistance, as needed, for activities such as showering, sponge baths, dressing, toileting, grooming/hygiene, preparing meals, and monitoring medications.
- Assisting clients and/or their caregivers with their errands (for example accompanying the client to the grocery store and/or medical appointments).
- Assisting clients in maintaining a clean and safe living environment with routine housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, laundry, etc..
- Reporting with care notes,

**Qualifications**:

- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation (own insured car) to enable travel to various homes within **Stewiacke and the surrounding area**:

- CPR and/or First Aid Certification
- Clear Criminal Background Check

**Hours**: 10-40 per week

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
