Prestige Homes, a division of The Shaw Group Limited has an exciting opportunity for an exceptional **Sales and Customer Service Representative** to join our talented team in our **Stewiacke** Sales Centre. Prestige Homes has been manufacturing beautiful and functional modular homes since 1973, from our manufacturing facility located in Sussex, New Brunswick. This is where our skilled employees' precision engineer modules (sections) of homes. The Sales and Customer Service Representative would help support the goals of the entire team by being the first point of contact for our walk-in clientele. This role would be ideal for a student looking for full-time work during spring-fall. If you share our love for serving customers, the homes we build, and the industry we are in, we would love to hear from you. As a company, we want to make a positive contribution to the communities and regions in which we operate, which is why you should come and work with us **Responsibilities** - Following up on customer leads with the sales team. - Touring model homes with potential clients - The ability to speak confidently with clients about our products. - Potential to provide quote ranges to customers for website models. - Researching competitive advantages - Coordinating communication between the sales team, clients, project management team, and contractors as required - Other duties as required. **Qualifications** - The ability to multi-task, prioritize, and pay close attention to detail. - Exceptional customer service and communication skills - High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative - High school diploma (College/University considered an asset) - A self-starter and results-focused attitude with excellent follow-up skills. - The ability to work individually and as part of a team. - Strong Microsoft Office skills are required. **Skills** - Customer Insight - Customer Service - Manufacturing - Sales **About Prestige Homes** Prestige Homes has been manufacturing beautiful and functional modular homes since 1973, from our manufacturing facility located in Sussex, New Brunswick.
