**What You’ll Do**
- Photograph interiors and exteriors of properties with a focus on high-quality, natural-light-inspired compositions (no HDR).
- Capture video content, including property tours and lifestyle-driven footage, that adheres to our creative and professional standards.
- Upload raw photos to our editing team for post-production.
- Collaborate with clients on-site to ensure their vision is reflected in the work.
- Manage and maintain your own photography and videography equipment.
- Travel to various property locations within Calgary and surrounding areas.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Proven experience in professional photography and videography, with a strong portfolio (real estate or interiors experience preferred).
- Understanding of lighting, composition, and angles, with a focus on natural-light photography rather than HDR techniques.
- Experience with photo and video editing software is a plus but not required (editing is handled by our team).
- Proficiency in drone photography/videography and an active drone pilot’s license is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for on-site client collaboration.
- Access to reliable transportation for travel to various locations.
