A Day In The Life
Reporting to the Senior Manager, North America Brand Marketing, this role will be a key contributor to driving growth for the North America business and building brand equity in our largest market. As an experienced marketer, this role provides leadership across all marketing channels and brand creative, bringing to life integrated and always on campaigns that deliver on business and brand objectives.
This Manager, Brand Marketing role will be focused on loyalty programs that connect and deepen our relationship with our guests. They will be responsible for developing meaningful omni channel and lifecycle campaigns to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and coordinate the integrated, cross-functional go-to-market process for loyalty initiatives from strategic planning, to brief, to concept development, to execution
- Oversee the execution of all loyalty marketing plans by managing the project calendar and updating the overall direction across acquisition, engagement and retention
- Lead and develop a team of high performing Brand Marketing Managers responsible for driving member engagement.
- Work with key cross-functional partners to deliver best in class channel experiences.
- Support creative development (using internal and external teams) with strategic advice rooted in clear business needs
- Accountable to set and drive data driven KPI’s as well as measure, report and socialize results and learnings.
- Partner with marketing, operations, and strategy teams to bring member recognition efforts to life; ensuring marketing strategies support the attainment of business objectives and KPIs.
- Manage the established budget for loyalty initiatives and lead the financial planning and reporting for your division
- Manage stakeholders and keep leadership enrolled in marketing plans.
- Understand and evaluate market landscape, competitor activities and category opportunities.
- Lead marketing analysis and results sharing across the cross-functional teams and using results to inform and adjust strategy
What We’re Looking For
- 8-10 years’ experience in loyalty marketing for a high profile, globally branded organization
- Deep understanding of loyalty and brand marketing, driving omnichannel initiatives from inception to execution
- Expert level understanding of data and analytics and how to use these insights to drive marketing efforts and achieve program KPI’s.
- Proven ability to negotiate, influence and collaborate with other key decision makers in a complex matrix environment
- Experience in road mapping digital products from a marketing and business lens an asset.
- A university degree in Business or Marketing is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting to large groups and executive teams.
- A creative, agile, forward-thinking individual who has their pulse on the future of loyalty marketing
- Adaptable, with ability to juggle changing priorities while maintaining a positive attitude in the face of changing deliverables or business needs
