Inside Sales Support Specialist

The Inside Sales Support Specialist assists various business partners with returns, rebills requests and occasionally helping on new tire orders processing through incoming and outgoing calls. Furthermore, he/she supports several daily activities necessary to the proper functioning of our operations. Additionally, he/she collaborate on the execution of different administrative processes, such as the creation and the management of credits, as well as processing web orders.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Handle returns, credits, and rebills requests in a timely fashion.
- Assist the Inside Sales Managers and Account Managers in performing certain tasks.
- Deliver weekly, monthly, or sporadic reports required.
- Provide occasional support to the inside sales team members.
- Set priorities to meet deadlines.
- Seize every opportunity and use all available resources to solve problems effectively.
- Occasionally helping on new tire orders processing through incoming and outgoing calls.
- Promote products or propose alternatives / Inventory search.
- Enter orders in the systeM/Follow-up & delivery status / Plan out the delivery of special orders.
- All other related tasks including initial and ongoing training and coaching.

- Technical background: Your 2 to 5 years’ experience in customer service and in data entry, provide you with all the necessary skills to accomplish your tasks.
- Customer Focus: Your desire to provide service beyond expectations and your focus on the customer make you a customer service ace and a valued colleague;
- Rigor and meticulousness: You pay particular attention to details, and you are very vigilant when it comes to follow-ups.
- Organizational skills and multitasking: You know how to manage stress, work under pressure, set priorities to meet deadlines and you always provide effective customer service;
- Sense of initiative: Proactive and autonomous, you seize every opportunity and use all available resources to solve problems effectively;
- Software and computer skills: You are comfortable working with a computer and an order management system, and you are able to produce different reports;
- Pressured, prioritizing to meet deadlines.
