The Inside Sales Specialist will perform technical proposal and order support; including quotations, intake of customer orders, and invoicing/order processing.

Primary Responsibilities include:

- Support customers with original and aftermarket equipment, including spare parts.
- Prepare quotations for replacement equipment and parts.
- Follow-up calls with customers after proposal submission.
- Process customer purchase orders into order confirmations and sub-vendor buyouts utilizing ERP package.
- Track customer and vendor correspondence.
- Work with internal departments to resolve customer and supplier questions.
- Read, understand, and convey operating manual information for client troubleshooting.
- Assist in troubleshooting equipment failures and offering solutions.
- Expedite orders with suppliers to maintain on time delivery.
- Assist Shipping in inspecting shipment contents and compare with records to verify accuracy of shipment.
- Maintain quote and order filing systems.
- Prepare reports/presentation as required.
- Assist with coordination of larger orders, including quotations, purchase order processing, delivery updates, and document control.
- College diploma/certificate in a technical field, and/or 3- 5+ years of inside sales experience
- Exposure to ISO 9001 quality systems
- Experience in a sales and/or customer service environment
- Previous experience with industrial rotating equipment and/or valves an asset.
