Inside Sales Support

**BASIC FUNCTION**:
The function of the Inside Sales Support person is not limited to but mainly to provide direct support to the sales team in the ongoing development of existing and prospective TOA customers to ensure that the department is able to meet its growth targets.

**PRINCIPAL DUTIES**:
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the Inside Sales Support preforms a variety of principal duties but not limited to the following;
General
- Represent TOA in a positive and professional manner
- Work with all personnel and outside contacts to satisfy clients and achieve company goals
- Identify areas of improvement in the company and assist in creating and implementing solutions
- Arrive to work and meetings on time and prepared
- Maintain work areas in a clean and organized manner
- Perform any other duties assigned by your manager
Inside Sales
- Support all sales staff in basic day to day needs
- Educating customers about product line and providing product advice
- Maintain and update all customers contact information in our GMS/CRM system
- Conduct Pre & Post Sales Follow Up’s (i.e.; lead response, welcome letters, literature mailers, etc )
- Develop & Research market opportunities
- Participate in company meetings and take responsibility for sales improvement initiatives and other assigned action items
- Perform reporting functions on an ongoing and timely basis
- Take on basic Admin, Customer Service or Technical Support duties to assist other departments
- Analyze, manage, and distribute Tender, Construction and Bidding documentations to sales team
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Minimum Three Years Sales Experience
- Working Knowledge of Microsoft, Word Excel, PowerPoint
- Positive attitude, exemplary attendance, and reliable team member
- Past experience in audio visual or security products is a requirement
- Ability to manage multiple urgent requests and rapidly changing priorities
- Superior English communication skills - strong written and verbal skills
- Customer service experience. You will take the lead on conversations ensuring clarity, understanding and minimizing gaps
