Temporary Receptionist / Mailroom Clerk / Revenue Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Welcome guests and visitors.
- Handling incoming phone calls and directing to the appropriate department
- Handling courier and mail deliveries and pick-ups
- Track and record all incoming mail and courier packages for each department
- Electronic filing (indexing) of all documents submitted
- Photocopying and batching outgoing invoice packages
- Ordering of supplies for office (file folders, envelopes, paper, general supplies)
- Ordering of supplies for the kitchen (coffee, tea, cutlery, etc)
- Verify all incoming invoices and distribute to the applicable department
- Positing of Inter Agent Invoices on a daily basis
- Manage the kitchen (cleaning and replenishing supplies daily)
**Qualifications**:
- College diploma or combination of completed high school education and tangible post-academic work experience specializing in reception duties
- Moving industry experience is an asset
- Excellent verbal and written skills with an aptitude for clear, courteous, and concise communication, ideally in both English and French languages
- Able to prioritize a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Good working knowledge of Canadian and U.S. geography
