**Vos responsabilités**:
Le(la) représentant(e) des ventes (Québec) relèvera du directeur des ventes et sera chargé(e) d'atteindre les objectifs de vente con-venus en développant, maintenant et gérant de nouvelles affaires à travers le Québec. Il (elle) sera responsable, mais sans s'y limiter, de ce qui suit:
- Conserver et améliorer les relations existantes avec les clients, en établissant des relations et en identifiant les demandes, les tendances et les menaces potentielles actuelles des clients/du marché.
- Établir de nouvelles opportunités d’affaires grâce à des références et à l'identification de futurs clients potentiels via des ap-pels de vente planifiés et organisés.
- Maintenir les connaissances professionnelles et techniques sur les gammes de produits et aider les clients dans des essais de produits, les avancées technologiques et les améliorations de procédés.
- Avoir une connaissance pratique des concurrents du marché et comprendre comment ils accèdent au marché, ainsi que leurs initiatives de performance et de tarification.
- Surveiller et communiquer activement les attentes de livraison, les commandes ouvertes et les délais aux clients.
- Démontrer une perspective et une apparence professionnelles à tous les clients, prospects et collègues.
- Contribuer aux objectifs de l'équipe en participant activement aux études de cas, à la vente interterritoriale et à l'intégration de l'ingénieur de service sur le terrain dans tous les comptes.
**Qualifications que nous recherchons**:
- Un baccalauréat (BAC) est requis, de préférence en génie, en chimie ou en commerce.
- Au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans la vente B2B de produits consommables industriels. Expérience dans l'industrie des lubrifiants ou de la chimie souhaitée.
- Bilinguisme requis, en français (pour communiquer avec les clients du Québec) et en anglais (pour communiquer avec des collègues d'autres provinces ainsi qu'aux États-Unis).
- Haut niveau de motivation personnelle et d'auto-motivation avec de solides compétences en gestion du temps.
- Capacité à définir des priorités quotidiennes dans la liste des priorités globales, en travaillant à la fois de manière indépendante et en équipe.
- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et de communication.
- Expérience CRM (Salesforce souhaitée).
