This role takes having patience, a great sense of humor, persistence, and the strong desire to achieve successful recruitment outcomes. Your 1-3 years of experience as a recruiter, growing knowledge of recruitment best practices, along with a familiarity of applicant tracking systems will allow for great success in this position. Attention to detail, great communication, a sense of urgency and excellent relationship building is a must. An understanding of the professions of physiotherapy, massage therapy, occupational therapy, and other physical and mental health rehabilitation services is highly valuable for this role.

**A few other typical role accountabilities include**:

- Reporting, metrics, & recruitment analytics
- Telephone screenings, video and in-person interviews
- Direct sourcing of competitor talent
- The creation & advertisement of original, attractive job postings on internal and external job boards & niche sites
- Attendance at career fairs and trade shows
