**Your Role**:
As the Buyer and Logistics Specialist, reporting to the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for coordinating all the transport of goods and tracking orders to ensure on time delivery. This will be for inbound and outbound shipments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage inventory of supplies.
- Monitor open PO reports and expedite shipments when required.
- Create RFQ and Purchase Orders for material and services.
- Collaborate and support engineering in researching, selecting and purchasing quality products and materials.
- Develop and maintain business relationships with suppliers and business associates.
- Attend and participate in daily/weekly meetings to provide updates on availability and delivery dates to the larger BrookGlobal team.
- Participate in vendor management and supplier ratings process.
- Determine the most effective method of shipment.
- Ensure all customer and regulatory requirements are adhered to.

**Qualifications/Attributes**:

- Minimum of 2 years of similar work experience or an education in Logistics or Project Management.
- Cost management and negotiation ability with vendors.
- Experience in the printing and design industry an asset.
- Strong work ethic with the natural inclination to be proactive in the face of uncertainty.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Must be organized with excellent time management skills.
