**_Who are we searching for?_**

**We are looking for a Dispatcher/Logistics Specialist to join our busy Future Transfer team**

**_Responsibilities: _**
- Receiving and data entry of customer orders
- Working with remote fleet/drivers in arranging and delivering loads
- Updating and maintaining 3PL portals
- Maintain vendor and carrier compliance folders and updated contact information
- Maintain all vehicle /large equipment maintenance records
- Tracking carriers in KPI’s and score carding
- Invoice customers and ensure POD’s get sent to customers
- Act as contact person for all customers - verify rates, extra charges and enter orders
- Good working knowledge of North American city centres and locations for accurate and realistic estimations for product delivery
- Competency and experience in pricing and quoting transportation services
- Other related duties as required or assigned

**_Required Knowledge/Skills: _**
- Understanding of transportation regulations and border controls as well as shipping documents
- Working knowledge of Transportation Management Systems, TDG and WHMIS
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint with exceptional data entry skills
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in dispatch/load planning and brokering preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to understand and prioritize multiple high priority tasks
- Excellent customer service skills and driven by customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of E-Logs and Hours of Service
- Proven ability to work in a time and pressure sensitive environment
- Strong ability to adapt to quickly changing situations

**_Working Conditions: _**
- Overtime as required
- Very fast paced and busy environment
- Required to be “on call” evenings and weekends for priority or emergency situations
- Travel may be required
