TFS currently has an exciting 12-month contract as a Bilingual Assistant Customer Accounts Associate, reporting to the Supervisor of Collections. This role resides in our Markham Head Office.

What you will be doing:
- Call delinquent accounts that are 15 to 59 days past due- Confirm clients’ information and make suitable payment arrangements- Answer inbound calls- Assist with Total Loss evaluations and paperwork- Complete other departmental duties as required

What you bring:
- Must be available to work between the hours of 8:00 am to 8:00 pm- Excellent communication, negotiation and decision-making skills- Strong organization skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities- Self-starter with the ability to work independently- Bilingual-written and oral fluency in English and French- University Degree or College diploma, preferably in a business-related field
