**Locksmith Service Coordinator**

We are looking for an experienced **Locksmith Service Coordinator** for our client located at **Newmarket, ON**. They are into the business of locksmithing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing information on our services.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
- Coordinate and schedule locksmith services, installations, and repairs.
- Optimize technician schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Dispatch field technicians to service calls, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of service requests, appointments, and customer interactions.
- Prepare service reports and documentation for billing purposes.
- Monitor and ensure quality-of-service delivery.
- Follow up with customers to gather feedback on completed services.
- Track and manage inventory of locksmith tools and equipment.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment of stock.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Service Coordinator.
- Proficient Computer Skills.
- Experience using Service Fusion Software.

**Location**: Newmarket

**Pay Rate**: $22/hr to $30/hr (depending upon experience)

**Working Hours**: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm (Mon - Fri)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.00-$30.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Newmarket, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Class G Licence (preferred)
