**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Medical Spa Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere while managing the day-to-day operations of the medical spa. Your exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail will contribute to providing an outstanding experience for our clients.

**Duties**
- Greet clients upon arrival and provide them with information about services offered.
- Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for providers to optimize service delivery.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Process payments and manage billing inquiries.
- Assist in marketing efforts, including social media management and promotional events.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless communication regarding client needs and treatment plans.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa environment.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a medical or spa setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of skincare treatments or aesthetic services is a plus.
