As an Aesthetic Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving business development, building relationships with clients, and providing exceptional service to enhance their experience.
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients to understand their aesthetic needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through effective account management.
- Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and meet business development goals.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of products to showcase their benefits.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify market trends and opportunities for growth.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in Salesforce.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales or technical sales, preferably within the aesthetic or beauty industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful business development.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Familiarity with Zenoti or similar CRM software for account management is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing client accounts and sales activities.
