En collaboration avec les opérations nord-américaines, le département des achats définit les approches optimales afin de prioriser, mener et implémenter les stratégies d’approvisionnement.

Le.la coordonnateur.trice des achats direct est chargé.e de soutenir les activités de l’équipe, de fournir un niveau élevé de service à la clientèle aux clients internes et externes, de maintenir des bases de données et de superviser les rapports sur les indicateurs de performance clés du département.

**En quoi consiste ce rôle**:
'¢ Supporter les spécialistes et chefs de catégories dans la consolidation des spécifications et des communications avec les usines;
'¢ Suivre les requis de nos fournisseurs en lien avec les contrats signés, par exemple les plans de contingences, les preuves d’assurances, etc.;
'¢ Développer et maintenir les bases de données du département et les rapports KPI;
'¢ Établir les listes des fournisseurs préférentiels par catégorie;
'¢ Faire le pont avec les comptes payables et notre département P2P en lien avec des factures bloquées;
'¢ Supporter nos usines en cas d’enjeux d’approvisionnement;
'¢ Supporter ou diriger certains projets en lien avec les objectifs de l’équipe du direct (RFP, Price list, risk management, etc.)

'¢ Participer à la création de code lors de lancement de nouveau projet ou d’extension de ligne;
'¢ Fournir un niveau de service à la clientèle hors pair à nos partenaires internes et externes.

**Ce qu'il te faut pour joindre notre équipe**:
'¢ Baccalauréat dans un domaine pertinent;
'¢ Expérience d’au moins 1 an dans un département d’achats;
'¢ Avoir une connaissance sur les différents types d’achat directs (emballages et ingrédients) est considéré comme un atout;
'¢ Bilinguisme oral et écrit (Anglais et Français) - Communications fréquentes avec des partenaires, clients et/ou employés à l’extérieur du Québec;
'¢ Bonne maîtrise des logiciels de la suite Office : Excel avancé (incluant tableaux croisés dynamiques).
