**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Develop and utilize new tools for summarizing labor needs against open and required staffing requests by classification and location, by working with Production, Human Resources, and providing a summary report out with key Senior Leadership members.
- Meeting with Production leaders to understand open staffing requests against loads, approved staffing requests submitted to Human Resources, and requirements to production plans.
- Extract production job hours from the ERP systems to populate the labor matrix for ten FabCo locations.
- Compile and provide updated labor reports to each of the Fabrication area leaders and review production loads, requirements, head count, and unplanned production hours above the system driven requirements.
- Creatively and proactively eliminates variances in capacity impacting production, shipments, and inventory.
- Develops and maintains effective relationships with internal and external contacts.
- High level of data retrieval, compilation, and report development and delivery for business KPIs

**WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL**:

- Minimum of 2 years manufacturing / operations experience
- 1 to 3 years experience with office and document management
- Knowledge of production planning and controls
- Proficiency with MS Office, an effective communicator, self-motivated, good problem-solving skills, and well organized
- Ability to function in a manufacturing environment.
