**Position**: Ecommerce Technical Support

**Location**: Hybrid/Remote

**Type**: Full Time, Permanent

This entry level position is primarily responsible for providing technical support to customers on DCM’s E-commerce systems DCM|FLEX and ongoing account maintenance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Setting up and managing online user profiles and customer catalogues

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficient troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- In-depth knowledge and experience with MS Office, (excel is a must) and the Internet
- Ability to multi-task and deal with changing priorities
- Able to recognize system issues and act accordingly
