Soneil Spark is seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as an E-commerce Sales Associate. This is a critical role within our organization, responsible for managing and maximizing our online sales channels, including Amazon, eBay, and our direct website powered by Shopify. If you have a passion for e-commerce, a proven track record in driving online sales, and at least three years of relevant experience, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and optimize online sales channels—including Amazon, eBay, our Shopify-powered website, and other platforms—to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability.
- Develop and execute e-commerce strategies and initiatives by leveraging market trends, customer insights, and competitive analysis to increase brand visibility and customer acquisition.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, key metrics, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and implement data-driven strategies.
- Lead initiatives such as SEO, paid media, and social media strategies that support traffic growth and engagement.
- Oversee product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling content, high-quality images, and optimized keywords to enhance search visibility and conversion rates.
- Maintain and improve Amazon account health by ensuring product compliance, mitigating risks, and sustaining strong account performance.
- Optimize Google Ads and social media advertising campaigns to maximize traffic, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including marketing, operations, and customer service—to streamline processes, improve customer experience, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor performance and identify areas of friction on the Shopify website; collaborate with the development team to implement fixes and enhancements.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and e-commerce trends to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
- Conduct regular inventory management, forecasting, and replenishment activities to ensure product availability and minimize stockouts.
- Implement effective pricing strategies to drive sales volume and maintain competitive pricing.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce sales, specifically with Shopify and Amazon.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in an online sales environment.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, including Amazon Seller Central, eBay, website management systems, and similar tools.
- Proficient in data analysis and analytics tools to derive actionable insights for business growth.
- Excellent knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
- Experience handling common Amazon Seller Central issues, such as listing blocks, image suppression, hazmat reviews, and product compliance.
- Experience with Shopify, including basic front-end customization using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with e-commerce metrics and tools such as Google Analytics.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas, influence stakeholders, and build strong relationships.

Pay: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
