**About This Opportunity**:
myCoke is the digital customer solution for placing orders, tool accessibility and live chat support. The myCoke platform is the customers personal assistant 24/7 - easy and convenient online sales, and service capabilities - anywhere anytime, on any device. Leveraging digital capabilities assists our Field Sales Team by reducing ordering time to increase selling time.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute the myCoke strategy across Canada to accelerate registration and sales
- Lead the myCoke Team of 3 to plan and support all initiatives
- Drive myCoke adoption for Local, Regional and National Accounts, in collaboration with General Managers, Account Executives, DSMs, and Field Sales teams
- Actively participate in North American Operating Unit (NAOU) routines
- Monitor incident escalations to determine prioritization, and reduction
- Oversee marketing initiatives - banners and messaging
- Oversee customer communications - newsletters, notifications, alerts, holiday schedule etc.
- Create and deliver presentations to engage departments and highlight key messaging -trending/target updates, enhancements, features, incentives, etc.
- Manage annual budget elements within the NAOU Service Level package
- Extract, analyze and communicate data trends
- Assist with securing metrics and reporting processes
- Communicate key directives with co-contributing departments
- Manage all projects related to myCoke as a trusted advisor

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree; degree in eCommerce, or Marketing with a concentration on eCommerce is an asset
- 4 years of eCommerce experience
- Proven experience in delivering best customer experience practices
- Proven background to include analyzing performance and revenue data
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Experienced in leading a team
