**Overview**

EDC is seeking a financial professional to be an important contributor to the Medium & Investments Analytics (M&IA) Team. The M&IA team supports the private capital teams in the areas of Reporting and Analytics, Strategic Planning, Portfolio Management & Exits, Governance, Data and Workflow Management, and Valuation.

**Responsibilities**
- Portfolio Analytics_
- Audit, develop and utilize customized financial models for reporting, portfolio valuation, risk assessment and cash flow projections
- Contribute to the management of the Investments portfolio including: monitoring the performance of portfolio investments, risk analytics, performance analytics, forecasting and reconciliation between various financial reporting systems
- Build reports, dashboards and analytics to support stakeholder reporting requirements for the Investment and Lending Programs and be able to present findings to senior leadership
- Leverage third-party data sources to augment portfolio analytics and forecasting.
- Portfolio Operations_
- Supporting the management of Investment assets through oversight of valuations, exit opportunities, and other value-add activities for the team
- Lead data management, ensuring data integrity within principle CRM and portfolio management systems
- Lead program governance by contributing to the development and improvement of team processes, operational guides, frameworks and/or risk management approaches.
- Be a key resource to all the individuals on the Investments and Lending Teams, as well as liaison with the Technology, Finance and Corporate Reporting Teams
- Support enhancements to governance, systems and operations by leading special projects to redefine processes, reports, and/or operations
- Lead Analyst Level 18 - Additional Responsibilities_
- Lead investment valuation and private credit reviews
- End-to-end leadership of analytics initiatives, including leading technology and/or external vendors in development of advanced models, dashboards or data solutions
- Lead program governance, supporting oversight of portfolio monitoring dashboards, advanced analytics and forecasts
- Support material portfolio events, including waivers, amendments and divestments

**Screening Criteria**
- Undergraduate degree in Economics or Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance or Accounting;
- 2 - 5 years (Bus. & Intel. Analytics 16), 5 - 7 years (Bus. & Intel. Analytics 17) or greater than 7 years (Bus. & Intel. Analytics 18) of professional work experience
- Excellent analytics skills, familiarity with financial modeling and analysis
- Strong verbal, and written communications, presentation, organizational and interpersonal skills to maintain internal and external relationships

**Skills & Knowledge**
- Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles and concepts
- Strong Excel skills, including ability to use pivot tables, VBA, data management and validation tools
- Ability to work with stakeholders to maintain and improve systems, data and reporting infrastructure
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
- Business analysis, project management and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to operate collaboratively in a high performing culture

**Compensation Details**:

- Salaries are based on qualifications and experience and typically range from:

- Bus. Intel & Analytics 16: $71, 063 to $94,752 annually, plus a performance-based incentive
- Bus. Intel & Analytics 17: $81,012 - $108,017 annually, plus a performance-based incentive
- Bus. Intel & Analytics 18: $92,355 - $123,14
