The RMOW is a high performance municipal organization and significant tourism economy serving a community of 14,000 permanent residents and over three million annual visitors. The Capital Projects Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the project delivery of capital projects related to municipal engineering services including water, sanitary sewer, storm water, transportation, flood protection and solid waste. Construction and maintenance of this infrastructure is key to meeting the community's goal of maintaining World-Class Resort status. The Capital Projects Coordinator's core responsibility is completion of the project plan documentation, communications with stakeholders, and assisting with the delivery of the planned capital projects as managed by the Capital Projects Manager.
