Whistler, Canada Black Tusk Fire & Security Inc. Full time

Black Tusk Fire & Security Inc. is hiring a full time Assistant Project Coordinator at our Whistler location. Reporting to the Sprinkler Department Manager, the Assistant Project Coordinator will liaise with the Project Coordinator, technicians and clients to handle a range of administrative duties and provide support where needed.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Assist the Sprinkler Department Manager and the Project Coordinator with upcoming project sourcing, client follow up, invoicing, and engineering requests;
- Create and maintain all project files (electronic in F Drive and hard copy) with the following information (quotes, invoices, reports, contracts, work our drawings, engineered drawings, schedules, calculations);
- Review, organize and schedule technicians' calendars;
- Check local jurisdictions for upcoming construction projects;
- Assist Management and Human Resources as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Construction administration experience considered an asset;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required;
- Possess the ability to perform a broad range of simultaneous duties and prioritize tasks;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and use discretion in handling sensitive information;
- Ability to work effectively in both independent and team settings;
- Knowledge of the construction industry and current development areas within the Sea to Sky corridor is considered an asset;
**Hours**: Full-time, 40-hour week Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm
