**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Product Strategy and Development**:

- Lead the development of innovative product strategies aligned with company goals and market trends.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Operations teams in the development process, gathering input and feedback to inform product decisions and enhance go-to-market strategies.
- Define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and oversee the entire product development lifecycle.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify product opportunities, optimize existing offerings and position products for maximum customer value.
- Develop costing, pricing, and gross margin recommendations for new products, aligning with company objectives and market demands.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Engineers, Operations & Manufacturing, and stakeholders to bring new products to market.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and successful product launches.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track product performance against established metrics.

**Marketing Strategy and Execution**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Define target audiences and create compelling messaging and positioning strategies for each product.
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, digital assets, and sales enablement tools to support product launches and ongoing marketing campaigns.
- Create and deploy new product training for internal and external stakeholders that will enable effective product marketing, sales, and after sales service and support.
- Examine and analyze product line performance, including sales per SKU and profitability, to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

**Cross-Functional Leadership**:

- Inspire and mentor a high-performing team of business analysts and creative professionals.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the product and marketing teams.
- Partner closely with sales, customer service, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment and success across all functions.
- Communicate effectively with senior leadership to provide regular updates on product and marketing initiatives, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA highly valued.
- Proven experience (5 years) in product management, marketing, or related roles, with a track record of driving successful product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Deep understanding of product development processes, market research methodologies, and marketing best practices.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to inform decision-making.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a customer-centric mindset.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable business outcomes.
