**Position Summary**

The Billing Coordinator works in the Accounting & Finance Department of Bluum and is responsible for billing functions to customers and general accounting duties.

**This is a 6 month contract role.**

**Responsibilities**
- Invoice customers for orders from Sales Support, Will Call, Tech Service, and Warehouse
- Review data into the NetSuite System, verifying freight quantities, sales tax, fright and serial numbers prior to creating the customer invoice
- Print and provide office management all invoices created for the day
- Open checks in the mail and deposit into the bank via remote deposit
- Review deposit errors and/or discrepancies with Staff Accountant
- Monthly account reconciliations
- Various accounting projects

**Education & Skill Requirements**
- Completion of post secondary certification in accounting
- Strong proficiency with MS Suite, specifically in excel
- Strong communication skills
