**About the Role**
As the Marketing and Creative Operations Manager, you will lead a team of creative professionals, including an in house designer and social media manager, and videographer along with outside freelance network. Under your direction, you will craft compelling campaigns, enhance Chai Lifeline Canada's brand presence, and communicate our mission effectively to a diverse audience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Creative Development: Lead the creation of 360-degree marketing materials, including video, print, and presentations for education and awareness campaigns.
- Strategic Marketing: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to promote fundraising, family services, and volunteer initiatives.
- Performance Analysis: Measure campaign performance, analyze ROI, and optimize strategies for greater impact.
- Content Calendar Management: Oversee and execute a content calendar to grow the organization's online presence.
- Engaging Content: Create on-brand, audience-tailored content for digital platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Paid Media Campaigns: Plan and manage advertising campaigns on platforms like Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads Manager.
- Community Engagement: Respond to media inquiries and foster meaningful engagement with the community.
- Brand Stewardship: Ensure consistent and effective representation of Chai Lifeline Canada's brand across all platforms, including maintaining and updating the website.
- Influencer Relationships: Build partnerships with social media influencers to amplify the organization's reach.
