Manufacturing Coordinator

**Warren Industries** is a manufacturing company, located in Vaughan, that makes components for the automotive and heavy truck industry, as well as supplying precision machined components to the mold making industry.
The requirements for the position are as follows:
**Qualifications**:
**Education**:
Minimum of Ontario Grade 12 education. Post secondary education preferred.
**Related Work Experience**
- Minimum 3 years related work experience.
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred, particularly in CNC programing, machining, or a related field.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of quality management systems an asset.
- Must have own transportation.
- Must be able to work all shifts.
**Specific Skills and Trade Knowledge**:
- Must be fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Familiarity with quality management system requirements.
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office software
- Knowledge of ERP systems (JobBOSS)
- Strong organizational skills.
- Highly detail oriented
- Analytical and able to problem solve.
- Must be able to multi-task.
**Responsibilities**
- Receive, analyze, and verify customer orders ensuring revision levels, etc. are correct.
- Log customer orders and track revision level changes.
- Update delivery commitments and pricing in customer portals.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support that exceeds customer expectations.
- Request prints and models from customers as required.
- Enter, update, and maintain data into the ERP system, including PO entry and job traveler creation.
- Generate purchase orders for raw materials, outside services, and MRO supplies.
- Create packing slips and invoices for local and overseas shipments.
- Track Key Operating Indicators (KOIs) for customer and supplier performance and update monthly reports and presentations.
- Report to management monthly on KOI performance compared to objectives.
- Assist in preparation and reporting of quarterly management reviews.
- Log and respond to customer quality concerns and escalate to management.
- Must maintain a positive and helpful attitude and uphold the company’s core values of respect, integrity, and trust at-all-times.
- Participate in plant meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Must be able to multitask, coordinate and take on several tasks at one time.
- Must be willing to accept other duties assigned by management, from time to time as business conditions dictate.
- Required to comply with all safety and environmental policies and procedures.
**Salary**: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
