This 1912 heritage home sits gracefully on the edge of Victoria’s scenic marine drive, Dallas Road, and is surrounded by incredible ocean and mountain views, mile long beaches, and the famous Beacon Hill Park. We are a passionate, and growing team, and are looking for energetic, enthusiastic professionals to join our team, and to become the Head Housekeeper & Guest Services of the Award wining Bed and Breakfast establishment As the Housekeeping Supervisor & Guest Services, you understand the importance of a warm welcoming check-in experience for our guests, and are committed to going above and beyond to make guests stay memorable. With your operations experience, warm personality and customer service focus, you will be empowered to deliver on our mission of "Creating a memorable experience for our guests". This could be a fantastic opportunity for you to become a Housekeeping Supervisor & Guest Services of a high-end boutique property, and to obtain a long term career in the strong growing field of hospitality **Duties & Responsibilities**: - Housekeeping: Able to help clean and organize the hotel, to meet good cleanliness standards - Physically able to complete housekeeping tasks in a timely manner; good time management skills - Provide friendly and professional service to all guests - Experience working independently and part of a team - Flexible with job duties and willing to take initiative - Supervisor duties, including leading a team hands on, and team task delegations - Lodging and property operations management **Qualifications**: - Previous Hotel or B&B management or supervisor experience is preferred - Good communication skills, and fluent in English - Detail oriented and an experienced problem solver - Able to multi-task and handle multiple priorities - A team player with a positive attitude - Post-secondary education in a hospitality program is an asset - An eye for attention to detail, such as maintenance, and improvement of the lodge's appearance **Pay and Benefits**: - The starting pay rate for the position is $24- $25 per hour, and is dependent on experience and performance. - Sign-in bonus of $300 after 3 months probation - Opportunities for advancements - Employee discount rates at the property, including the restaurant - Discounted long term accommodations at the Manor (Live in option) - Medical benefits, and other benefits (Please ask management) - Bonus pay, depending on performance.
