**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all daily operations, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of production, sales, and administrative staff.
- Ensure the timely completion of custom lighting projects, from design to delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor key performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve performance.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners to ensure smooth project execution.
- Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and resource allocation to meet business goals.
- Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and streamlining internal processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a leadership or management role, preferably within a manufacturing or custom design environment.
- Strong understanding of operations management and process optimization.
- Ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with budget management, cost control, and financial reporting.
- A passion for design and quality craftsmanship is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or related field (preferred).

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
