**Your challenge**:
Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager and working in collaboration with the management at the Ottawa and Lachine plants, the Maintenance and Reliability Manager's mission is to contribute to the achievement of the unit's operational strategy. In addition, you will ensure that your group's OHS objectives are met, by developing and implementing the reliability program and effectively managing equipment availability. You will also build a committed and competent team and support their initiatives to improve maintenance practices. You ensure rigorous monitoring of maintenance processes to optimize your unit's operational efficiency and performance. You will also be responsible for the coordination, execution and budgetary control of CAPEX projects. Finally, you will be the focal point for continuous improvement projects of all types, with the help of your dedicated manufacturing execution team.

**Individual responsibilities**:
**Maintenance**

Develop and implement your business unit's reliability program

Prioritize and coordinate maintenance activities with production

Achieve equipment availability targets for your business unit

Develop and meet maintenance and CAPEX budgets for your business unit

Achieve OHS performance targets for the maintenance group

Ensure optimal execution of operations by meeting occupational health and safety targets

**Continuous improvement**

Identify deficient business processes and develop solutions

Contribute to the development of the Group's continuous improvement strategy

Implement the strategy in collaboration with other units to improve business results

Implement and rigorously monitor operational excellence processes.

Ensure the mobilization and development of all your employees.

Solid analytical and problem-solving skills

Fluency in spoken and written French and English
