**Job Duties**:
- Respond to incoming service tickets from various locations in a timely manner
- Perform general building maintenance and repairs such as electrical, plumbing, painting, patching walls, and hanging shelves
- Troubleshoot facility equipment issues to determine necessary repairs
- Assess repair projects for required supplies and equipment
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and door locks
- Maintain property appearance by removing garbage, mowing lawns, landscaping and snow removal
- Perform other duties and tasks as required
**Ideal Requirements**:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in general maintenance or other maintenance positions where you were required to recognize electrical, plumbing, and mechanical malfunctions or equipment failures.
- Able to operate equipment such as a riding lawn mower, skid steer, payloader, and telehandler, as well as pull various trailers with a pickup truck
- Formal training in operating a payloader, telehandler, or skid steer is preferred.
- Formal training in HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems or related fields is an asset.
- Able to maintain a professional demeanour and appearance while working at our customer’s locations
- Able to perform physically demanding work, which includes standing, walking, crouching and the ability to lift 50 lbs
- The ability and willingness to travel to locations outside of Lethbridge
- Available to work at varying times, dependent on the work that needs to be completed
- A Valid Driver’s License and a clean 3-year drivers abstract
- 3 years of verifiable insurance driving with a clean insurance record
