**_Shift Real Estate Management_**_ is looking for a _**_Maintenance Assistant_**_ to join our team for the summer. This is a _**_full-time, temporary role, _**_paying between $15 and $20 per hour based on experience_**_._**_ _Although this is a temporary position, there is a possibility for this role to turn into a permanent position for the right person._

What You’ll Be Doing:_**
- _ Mowing lawns, trimming, yard work — keeping properties looking sharp_
- _ General maintenance tasks at different locations within Lethbridge and southern Alberta._
- _ Helping out wherever needed to support the maintenance crew_
- _ Working early mornings during the summer heat (and getting off earlier)_

**_What We’re Looking For:_**
- _ A _**_valid driver’s license_**_ and a _**_clean 3-year driving record_**:

- _ A _**_smartphone_**_ to stay in touch and get site info_
- _ Experience with _**_lawn care, maintenance, or construction_**:

- _ Skid steer or telehandler experience? That’s a big plus_
- _ Someone who’s _**_reliable, hardworking_**_, and can handle a _**_physically demanding job_**
