The Logistics Program Coordinator provides project management support and coordination for land operations initiatives and projects. This role is responsible for coordinating and analyzing productivity reports and operational metrics and providing briefing notes and presentations for management Executive. The Logistics Program Coordinator monitors and reports on project milestones, coordinates multiple department-led initiatives supporting the logistics program specialist in the development of business cases and submissions. As assigned, the Logistics Program Coordinator supports the Planning and Operations division planning, execution, monitoring, reporting, of various projects, and assists with other duties as required.

The Logistics Program Coordinator will:

- Monitor and review monthly (operator) operational productivity reports of the (TCEF) Tsawwassen Container Examination Facility
- Provide analysis of service providers monthly financial statements against productivity reports
- Keep abreast of TCEF operational metrics and correspondence
- Develop, maintain, and regularly update related documentation (e.g. schedules, communications plans, etc.) to support effective analysis of key metrics as assigned.
- The logistics program coordinator is the central point of contact with the TCEF operator and VFPA
- Actively respond to stakeholder and customer inquiries, investigating, participating in the development of solutions, and communicating in a timely manner
- Liaise with TCEF operator and external stakeholder’s i.e. terminal operators, as appropriate
- Liaise with on-site CBSA inspectors and communicate to VFPA current operational issues / challenges
- Liaise and work alongside external project consultants
- Participate in meetings with VFPA’s external stakeholder community and working groups and committees as directed.
- Working closely with Manager, coordinate communication and presentations updates
- Compose, proofread and format correspondence, presentations and spreadsheets
- Keep abreast of similar CEF operational metrics and correspondence i.e. Burnaby CEF, CEF operations across the country and potential future proposed sites and initiatives providing updates to management

**Marine Transportation Security Clearance**
