**Role: 3D Experience Architect(3D Experience/PLM/Integration )**

**Location: Remote**
- Closely interact with customer stakeholders to understand and outline business strategies, barriers and other factors related to PLM implementation & it’s integration with enterprise systems.
- Perform requirement elicitation for developing requirement, functional specifications for capturing functional & non-functional business requirements.
- Perform Fit Gap analysis to map requirements with 3DEXPERIENCE out of the box solutions like Enterprise Change Management (ECM), Classification Manager, Contract and Program Management, Engineering BOM Management etc.
- To define solution architecture for integration of 3DEXPERIENCE platform with manufacturing operations management tool APRISO, ERP (SAP) & Analytics.
- Leverage the various tools & technologies like Enterprise Applications Integration patterns and frameworks, API Gateway pattern for defining the solution architecture.
- Implement POC using 3DEXPERIENCE customization components (JPO, Policy, Type, Spinner) to validate key dimensions such as scalability, performance, usability for proposed solution approach.
- To define and support the required system architecture (Hardware, Database, Server configuration) for PLM programs considering key parameters like the number of users, volume of data, number of sites etc.
- Ensure compliance to design approach & best practices during implementation phase through design reviews, demonstrations to key stakeholders
- Coding, debugging and system deployment in environment like -pre-sandbox, sandbox and integrated development environment using HCL Technologies Ltd.’s proprietary tools, technologies and frameworks.
- Provide support to business users for completing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), End User Training & Documentation for ensuring PLM platform value realization
- Coordinate with customer & HCL team on query resolution, change request, project status updates, process monitoring and offshore team mentoring.
- Assists in quality assurance and is involved in monitoring the software quality with periodic deployment of code base to ensure quality of the software.

Skills Required:
Proficiency with 3DExperience Platform:

- Experience in planning and executing upgrades of the 3DExperience platform. This includes understanding the upgrade process, managing data migration, ensuring compatibility of customizations, and minimizing downtime.
- Change Management: Oversee changes to product designs and processes using the Change Manager role. This includes tracking change requests, evaluating their impact, and ensuring controlled implementation of changes
- Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Concepts: Strong knowledge of PLM methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- System Integration: Experience in integrating PLM solutions with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and optimal performance.
- Configuration and Customization: Ability to configure and customize the 3DExperience platform to meet specific client requirements.
- Technical Expertise: Serve as the primary technical expert on the 3DExperience platform, providing guidance and expertise to clients and project teams.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract

Pay: $55.00-$60.00 per hour
