**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Develop detailed 2D and 3D drawings using CAD software, including but not limited to Autocad and 3d modelling
- Create and modify schematics for various projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications.
- Collaborate with project teams to understand design requirements and provide drafting support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare layouts, sections, elevations, and details as required by project specifications.
- Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company standards before submission.
- Maintain organized records of all drafts and revisions for future reference.

**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in CAD software is essential; experience with AutoCAD, Sketchup
- Strong understanding of drafting principles and techniques in both 2D and technical drawing formats.
- Ability to interpret architectural and engineering plans effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Previous experience in a drafting role or relevant education in architecture or engineering technology is preferred.
