Reporting to the Operations Manager, the **Fleet Supervisor **is responsible for all aspects of Tuber’s day to day operations, and to provide our customers with safe, and efficient towing solutions. The Fleet Supervisor is responsible for employee growth and development, operational effectiveness, maintaining service quality, and enhancing client satisfaction. This position is accountable for complete day to day oversight for Fleet Operations at Tuber Towing & Recovery.

**Operational Effectiveness and Efficiency**:

- Ensure customer requests are responded to in a timely manner
- Leverage data to identify opportunities for improvement, and refining the operations
- Mobilize staff, and coach to improve performance
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

**Asset and Resource Management**:

- Leverage schedule to optimize the utilization of trucks and equipment
- Report daily truck defects, and redeploy trucks as required
- Financial stewardship for equipment and assets

**Employee Growth and Development**:

- Assist employees identify areas of personal growth and career development
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to enhance team performance

**Service Quality**:

- Establish and maintain high standards of service quality, and instill value with staff
- Regular staff performance meetings to ensure service quality maintained
- Ensures staff are adequately trained, and follow all safety requirements

**Customer Satisfaction**:

- Train and mentor staff to deliver the highest level of Tuber’s quality service
- Address customer complaints and damages in a timely manner
- Coach staff on industry best practices to improve the overall service delivery model

The Fleet Supervisor requires sound and demonstrated integration, organization and leadership skills in:

- Work within an operational plan to lead, direct and improve performance of the team
- Develop clear objectives and deliverables for team
- Manage multiple issues and resolve problems while delivering results
- Identify training needs, and organize training sessions as required
- Recognize and leverage opportunities for collaboration to accelerate efforts to efficiently allocate resources
- Builds strong team spirit and collaboration within the department
- Coordinate truck defects and repairs as required

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
