**MCL Group**is currently looking for a full-time **Heavy Equipment** **Shop/Fleet Foreman.**

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Manage all mechanical and parts divisions
- Field Equipment maintenance and repairs - daily mechanics scheduling
- Shop Equipment maintenance and repairs - daily mechanics scheduling
- Fuel and lube daily scheduling
- Manage fleet maintenance software - approve work orders and parts purchasing
- Daily safety tailgate meetings including shop/field SWP’s, FLHA’s
- Liaise between field foreman for equipment requirements and dispatch accordingly
- Monthly invoice control and approval
- Staff time sheet approvals - field and shop
- Site equipment inspections
- Equipment procurement - new and used
- Inventory control - equipment and parts
- Develop and maintain relationships with equipment dealers
- Work directly with project managers - pre-job and ongoing during projects

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Heavy Equipment Shop Foreman or in a similar role.
- Heavy Duty Mechanic experience is a requirement
- Must have a Class 5 driver’s license - Clean abstract required.
- Good computer and interpersonal skills required.
- Must have diverse equipment knowledge.
