**Présentation du poste**

Nous recherchons un(e) barista passionné(e) et dévoué(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe. Vous serez chargé de créer une atmosphère chaleureuse pour nos clients tout en préparant et en servant avec brio une variété de boissons et de plats. Votre capacité à gérer votre temps efficacement et à offrir un service client exceptionnel sera essentielle pour garantir une expérience positive à tous les clients.

**Horaire**

Du mercredi au dimanche, 11h à 17:30 +/-.

**Responsabilités**
- Préparer et servir du café, du thé et d'autres boissons de haute qualité, conformément aux recettes et aux normes établies.
- Utiliser le système de caisse pour traiter efficacement les commandes des clients.
- Veiller à la propreté et à l'organisation de l'espace de travail, en respectant les consignes de sécurité et de manipulation des aliments.
- Participer à la préparation et au service des plats, en veillant à ce que tous les produits soient conformes aux normes de qualité.
- Offrir un excellent service client en interagissant avec les clients, en prenant les commandes et en répondant à leurs questions ou préoccupations.
- Gérer les transactions en espèces avec précision, y compris la manipulation des espèces et les calculs de base pour le total des commandes.
- Collaborer avec les membres de l'équipe pour assurer le bon fonctionnement des opérations pendant les heures de pointe.
- Respecter les normes de santé et de sécurité conformément aux politiques de l'entreprise.

**Exigences**
- Une expérience préalable en tant que barista ou dans le secteur alimentaire (obligatoire)
- Excellentes compétences en service client et capacité à communiquer efficacement.
- Excellentes compétences en gestion du temps pour gérer efficacement plusieurs tâches dans un environnement dynamique.
- Maîtrise des techniques de préparation des aliments et des opérations de restauration.
- La connaissance des pratiques de sécurité alimentaire est essentielle.
