Our Café team thrives to create moments of truth with each interaction while also producing top quality beverages and serving fresh handcrafted foods. Our food & beverage offerings are completely unique to our singular location at the Bauer Marketplace in Uptown Waterloo. Freshness, quality and authenticity rule the day in all that we offer at the Bauer Bakery & Café.

- You have two previous years of Café management experience
- You are organized and diligent at completing the task at hand with excellence every time
- You may have your driver’s license and access to a vehicle
- You are smart serve certified

**Head Barista/Café Supervisor Earnings & Perks**:

- $17.20-21.00/hour starting wage
