We are looking for an experienced, dedicated, career focused **Maintenance Coordinator ** to support our growing business. Reporting directly to our Maintenance Mechanic Manager, they will take responsibility and ownership to ensure that the Company’s quality standards, protocol, and procedures are met, and aligned with regulatory legislative compliance, to the customer’s specifications.
- Delegating maintenance tasks to the rest of the team, and finding relevant vendors and service providers.
- Developing PM plans and implementing these in a timely manner.
- Updating maintenance logs for all machinery.
- Procurement of spare parts for all assets, maintaining inventories and upkeep of stock room.
- Purchasing any other equipment, tools, or materials that may be required.
- Experience working with a CMMS system.
- Maintain machine history files for work orders and spare parts.
- Ensuring basic tools and machinery are in working order by performing regular inspections.
- Assessing PM procedures and making recommendations for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in manufacturing environment.
- Experience in training development and delivery.
- Solid troubleshooting capability.
- Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety, Lock-out/Tag-out procedures.
- Industrial Millwright license is required combined with a minimum of (5) five years of experience working in a similar role from a pharmaceutical, food and beverage
- Minimum Grade 12 education or equivalent.
- Excellent mechanical aptitude.
- Excellent math skills.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Strong written and oral communication skills with ability to interact with all shop floor
- Knowledge of food safety and security while working in compliance with all GMP, food and safety policies, and HACAHP regulations.
